The Hoffman's Pool Party/ Church/Baptism

The first thing I noticed when I entered the Hoffman's home. I didn't arrange any of the shoes. I like the composition of this photo.

Mr. Don was doing something with the filter.
The Hoffman's playroom (so many memories)

Beth playing me two songs she has been working on. Please keep her in prayer because she has a recital this Friday.

We would kept doing musical stuff, but duty called :(
Ze Kitchen

Dietrich (pronouced Dee-trick)

A pretty lil pink dress

Playing dolly (does it ever end)

I don't know how I feel about cats anymore....I called the cats name, it looks the opposite way. I snap my fingers, it still ignores me. I start calling it names (the kind you would get in trouble for in a kindergarden class).  And the darn thing looked at me. I don't understand them. :(

Dee-Dee

This was right before we had church....I don't feel right taking pictures doing church...........so I didn't.

After church....
I like this one, I used the paint application on the photo editor.

Playing racquet ball. One would hit the feathery ball thingy over the net. The other side would pick it up. And they did this again and again and again.

Cj's standing practice.

A lot of people

Cj sits and scoots

He is a very fast scooter.

Esha was so proud

I don't know what Tucker thought.

I went outside and the little kids were already in the pool.

Jumping on the floats

sat there for about a second

And fell off

Lydia was cold, but having to much fun to care.

EJ (pronouced eh-ja)

Ames

In the pool it's more fun with friends

Donald

Uncle Charles after he jumped in the pool. lol

He like cheetoes.

Dad held off getting into the pool as long as he could.

But as with everything, the time came, first he asked if the water was cold.

Judging from Esha's and Shaina's faces I think it was.

He looked at it

Splashed his foot in it.

Readied him self,

and jumped

He made a very big splash

He surfaces....

and splashed the girls

Called all who were being baptized.

Mr. Don prayed

And the baptism began....

Donald went first

Esha was next.

Shaina

Sorry no underwater picture :(

Then they all got  out the pool.

Aunt Crissy

Beth was trying to get Bee-Bee into the pool. She tried.

And tried

and finally succeeded.

My sista

Joe

With just one match

Great happiness is brought

This is Andy ( another Andrea, cept her name is pronounced An-dray-a, not An-dree-a (I think)

Danni

Beth

Talking about................stuff.

Yeh, your not supposed to run around the pool.

David

I still need some help with putting photos together :}

Playing some hand slapping game

Look at camera

Such memories on this swing

Miah found the love for it. (once you have swung on that swing you never forget it)

But, he kept falling off, and grabbing his mom's hand.

So she could help his heavy lil butt back up on the swing.

And give him a push in the right direction.

Imagine his amazement when he found out that he was swinging from a tree.

He must have watched way to much George of the Jungle cause he kept trying to aim and hit the tree.

He succeeded

And tried again. He missed that time. I guess he got tired of it or something.

Cause he ran off to the playground.

I like this photo (don't know why though)

Typical pool behavior

Redskin supporters

Emma and Cj

Lydia swimming she was so proud of her self

I like this one

Danni being taught how to swim.

Lil man remembered how to swim (I was so proud)

He better remember how to swim, we spent so much time work on it. Telling him kick your legs!! He laughed. Kick your legs !!!!!!!!! He still kept laughing. I threatened to dunk him. (He learned the word dunk, after he ran and jumped into the pool without his life jacket)He never did that again). Anywho after threatening to dunk him if he kicked his feet very well. And enjoyed swimming around the pool while wearing his life jacket. He never did learn to float. :{

He also tires out very quickly.

The food line

The soda/tea/lemonade table

I made this face many many times. The indignation of being splashed.

The fort it keeps growing over the years

I like this shot

This is the porch where people sat and ate and talked.

Water aerobics

They are so beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gary took great joy in pushing Miah's float under water

All it did was make Miah yell which was funny.

Lydia working on her back float

Lukey shares his hotdog

I like this picture

He didn't hold the hotdog out very long, before putting it back in his mouth.

Lil Bambi (her real name is Ziaera)

Such lil fat baby feet

Teensy widdle toes

I love you hambugars

The little kids stayed in the pool all day long

I like this one too

That melon is called honey melon if I remember correctly. It tasted like cantaloupe and honeydew mixed.

Da chips and pretzels

Dad was trying to get the equipment set up correctly, while we were there.

The eating area

Nee-Nee and Wendy left first

Joe swimming

Your peers will always get you in trouble. Danni and Dietrich had a great time judging the distance you had to jump to get to the ball.

Of course Dietrich was the one who jumped

I will say this much, Danni did yell encouragement from the edge of the pool.

Dietrich did get the ball

Danni helped him get out the pool

Then they teased Joe about the ball

Joe eventually got the ball, Dietrich didn't care.

Amy was in her own little boat

Miah stayed in the pool most of the afternoon.

They went around and around the pool.

Joe had to help Miah out the pool.

Then his mom pulled him out

It was time for them to go home

I like this photo

A helping hand is always needed

Cheesecake is GOOD!!!!!!!!

Good ol Rush

Cj

He looked at me

His lil fuzzy head just wasn't the same with twists in it.

Enjoyed eating cars

I guess the taste was not to his liking (do you see those two little white thingies in his mouth)

He wanted mommy's cup

got his drink

and then spilled it down her shirt. (this is the first time I saw him smile all day)

Tucker getting his last thrill from the pool

Before he had to go in

Dee-Dee got one bite of cake.

This painting like photo is so cool

When Dietrich had finished changing out of his swim clothes. He got to eat his cake.

This is cool the orange really stands out

I would use this one as a postcard.

The entryway or somthing like that

I like these kinda instruments.

Musical notes

Piano keys

First, his mind is thinking about eating his hotdog

Then the guys start yellin

And they start to brainwash them

You jump up and yell, when the team you like wins.

You stand there and yell about what about what a good play it was.

The little kids just sat there and let themselves be brainwashed

During the whole process, Dad and Dietrich became friends.

When the boys got tired of watching the Redskins, they ran to the playroom. They were kicked out.

This is the drawer of treasures

See the fierce concentration.

The boys eventually invited themselves in

Ames and Lyd

The next 30 pics are mainly of Deitrich and Tucker. They didn't seem to mind the flash.   :)

I love this one, just the way the light was acting.

He was so proud of himself for finding the memory card in the pile of stuff.

a Bue Bawl

see

This one is soo cute

He was trying to tie it around his neck

He found a bead

And tried to ask the girls what it meant.

Did a cross walk sign trying to get my attention

and showed me his bead. He just wouldn't believe that it was a "I". He thought it was a bead not a "I". I let him win.

This is the last picture of Dee-Dee and Tucker

I like this one

but............we had to go

The pool was empty

Toys had to be put away

And we had to go. :(       plus I had filled the memory card in my camera.

If you made it this far. CONGRATS. I think this is the longest post I have ever written. It has over 100 pictures. 100 out 740 isn't to bad...................is it.
